Marcnel Fleurcius is the Founder & Editor-in-Chief of PolyvraNews LLC, a digital media organization committed to justice, truth, honesty, and compassion. From a young age, he developed a passion for integrity and truth, principles that continue to guide his life and career.
 

Born in Lachapelle, L’Artibonite, Haiti, he left his hometown in June 2012 to move to Port-au-Prince, where he completed his secondary education. In October 2017, he enrolled at L’ISNAC to study journalism.
 

In late June 2019, he left Haiti due to rising insecurity and entered Brazil through transit. After more than two years, in August 2021, he left Brazil for the USA via a challenging route: through the Darién forest in Colombia and Panama, and then Mexico, especially Tapachula.
 

While in Tapachula, Marcnel engaged in social work to support thousands of migrants of multiple nationalities. As a team captain and in collaboration with the organization Chirla, he helped approximately 63 families register legally to enter the USA. He also published the article “Reportage sur la situation actuelle de la communauté haïtienne à Tapachula, Chiapas,” which gained international attention.
 

Since arriving in the USA in June 2022, Marcnel continues to work as a journalist and Editor-in-Chief, maintaining his mission to serve the community with truth, compassion, and integrity.

Makenson Joseph: A Committed Young Haitian Visionary

Originally from the Dumarsaisienne neighborhood in the Verrettes commune, Makenson Joseph has demonstrated a deep commitment to his community since childhood.

As a student at Jacques Stephen Alexis High School in Verrettes, he founded Petit Monde des Idées (PMI) with his classmates, a group aimed at strengthening solidarity and collective action among young people.

Later, he established the Association of Newborns of AYITI (ANNA), a think tank and civic platform providing young people with opportunities for education, debate, and personal development—from Port-au-Prince to Verrettes.

Mr. Makenson pursued studies in law, journalism, and architecture, and he is currently specializing in local governance at ISNAC, the State University of Haiti (UEH/EDSEG), and the University of Saint Francis of Assisi.

A trained lawyer, journalist, and architect, he also teaches at the secondary level in various schools, including a high school and several colleges.

Through his involvement in culture, education, and environmental protection, he remains an active voice for Haitian youth.

Affectionately nicknamed “Nèg tout konferans la” (“the man of all conferences”), he is recognized for his passion for debate, leadership, and civic engagement.

Dr. Erik Fisher, Ph.D., often affectionately known as "Dr. E…", is a licensed Psychologist, Emotional Dynamics Expert, Author, and Media Consultant with over three decades of experience in clinical practice.

Overview and Practice

Dr. Fisher specializes in emotional dynamics and personal growth, operating a private practice in the Atlanta, Georgia area (Lawrenceville). His therapeutic approach is highly sought after, with clients traveling from across the Southeastern United States. He works with individuals across all ages, from children as young as two to adults, as well as with couples and families.

 Rosemond Royal was born in Lachapelle, in the Artibonite department of Haiti, on March 7, 1969. He began his primary education in his hometown and completed it in Saint-Marc from 1975 to 1982. He then pursued his secondary education in Verrettes from 1982 to 1985, and completed it at Lycée Anténor Firmin in Port-au-Prince in 1989.

Academic Background

Passionate about social sciences and public administration, he attended INAGHEI (National Institute of Administration, Management, and Advanced International Studies), where he earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences between 1991 and 1996. Driven by a desire to deepen his knowledge, he also studied at the School of Law and Economic Sciences of Gonaïves from 2006 to 2010.

Professional Experience

A rigorous and versatile professional, Rosemond Royal served at the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) for more than twenty years, holding several administrative positions and eventually becoming Deputy Coordinator. In parallel, he taught in various colleges and vocational schools in the capital, sharing his passion for the French language and management with many generations of students, from 1990 to 2022.

Commitment and Personal Life

Committed to social development, he has participated in several community organizations working for education and solidarity. He is married and the father of two children. In 2023, he settled in the United States, in Evansville (Indiana), where he continues his personal projects in the fields of education and management.
